This service is available for customers who are planning ahead and giving us at least two days notice from when service is needed or service is being stopped.
To start or stop service, visit our office at City Hall, call 760-839-4682, or fill in our online form (see links below). We require your name and identification (driver's license number and social security number; we will ask you for both when we call you back). Please notify our office at least two working days prior to the date service is needed, or you would like service stopped. When stopping service, please have a forwarding address available. A final bill will be mailed and must be paid by the due date on the bill in order to avoid collections.
Please note that City Hall business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
