Membrane Filtration Reverse Osmosis (MFRO) Facility
The MFRO Facility will treat a portion of the City’s existing recycled water supply from the Hale Avenue Resource Recovery Facility (HARRF) using membrane filtration (“MF”) and reverse osmosis (“RO”) technologies, and will have a maximum production capacity of 2.0 million gallons per day.

Oakvale Road Realignment
Construction of the new Lake Wohlford Dam is proposed immediately downstream of the existing dam. The left abutment of the proposed dam will conflict with the existing Oakvale Road, so the road must be realigned prior to the construction of the new dam.

Emergency Trunk Sewer Replacement Project 2024
This project consists of replacing, upsizing, and realigning approximately 5,000 lineal feet of existing 24-inch, 27-inch, and 39-inch diameter trunk sewer main via open trench construction with 30-inch and 36-inch diameter trunk sewer main; construct approximately 200 lineal feet of 48-inch diameter casing with 36-inch diameter sewer carrier pipe via trenchless construction; construct approximately 1,200 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter sewer main; and construct approximately 100 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter sewer main.

Eagle Scout Lake Bridge
Eagle Scout Lake is a sediment retention basin that is part of an actively flowing creek system. Here, Kit Carson Creek to the East merges with a smaller creek tributary, and the lake captures sediment and debris from the watershed prior to draining to sensitive wetland habitat within the park and downstream near Lake Hodges.
