Escondido Library Foundation

Mission

The Escondido Library Foundation (ELF) is the fundraising arm of the Escondido Public Library. Created in 1990, the ELF greatly enhances the effectiveness of the Escondido Public Library by supporting programs that meet special needs in our community. The Foundation raises funds that are used to supplement - not supplant - the Library's tax-based support and that enable the Library to reach those who need us the most.

Support the Foundation

The Escondido Library Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It is officially registered as the Escondido Library Endowment Foundation. All gifts and donations made to the Foundation are tax-deductible. 

The Foundation encourages Planned Giving, in addition to gifts by check.
