The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 3 p.m. today, November 6 to 11 a.m. Friday, November 8. The Red Flag Warning has been issued due to strong gusty winds and low humidity for the mountains and valleys of San Diego County.
