Changes Coming to Grape Day Park!
Starting today, February 25, crews will begin removing the Vinehenge structure and restoring the area to open space for public use. This decision, approved by the City Council on December 4, 2024, ensures the park meets current safety standards, as the structure has reached the end of its lifespan.
We know Vinehenge has been a special part of Escondido, and we’re committed to working with the community on future opportunities for this space.
