Painting the town!
Escondido's Arts, Culture & Creativity Month has officially begun! All through April, our community will host a variety of events and activities to celebrate Escondido's vibrant culture and inspire creativity in everyone!
Looking for a fun event for the little ones? On Saturday, April 5, CoLabCrafts will host a free Clay Creations Class with Ms. Kara for kids ages 9-13 years old. This unique, hands-on class will introduce kids to the traditional art of Kumeyaay pottery and spark their interest in art and culture.
On Sunday, April 6, CoLabCrafts will also offer a free Acrylic Painting on Canvas class, inspired by the Escondido Portal on Grand Avenue. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this class will help unlock your creative potential as you capture the charm of our local landmark!
Can't make it this weekend? No worries! There are dozens of events taking place all month-long including drawing classes, visual storytelling, paint & sips, a musical, and even a live glass blowing event. Whatever your passion is, there is something for everyone! Be sure to visit the City's event webpage for a full list and more details at https://visitescondido.com/calendar/.
