by Sarah Aronson
Ari Fish is a middle-school soccer goalie who is really superstitious about luck. He is envious of his friend Mac MacDonald, who seems to have all the luck in the world. But all of that changes when he finds a super-rare Wayne Timcoe soccer card. Now, he is the one who has all the luck in the world while Mac messes up time and time again. But the question is: will his luck last?
This book kept me up all day and night. Sarah Aronson's writing style made me believe that I was actually in the book, a spectator watching all of the events unfold as if it were real. This book is perfect for soccer fans, superstitious people, and people who enjoy a good read.
