Everything you need for a successful book club gathering is included in our Book Club in a Bag (BCIAB)- Just add people!. The bag has:
- 8 copies of one title
- Discussion questions about the book
- Information on the author
- General tips on how to organize a book club
- Much more to get your book club started
The library currently has over 60 titles available for the Book Club in a Bag program, including The Book of Lost Friends by Lisa Wingate (#14), Klara and the Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro (#27), and Untamed by Glennon Doyle (#45).
Some of our kits also include books in Large Print, books on CD, and book-to-movie adaptations on DVD.
Book Club in a Bag kits can be checked-out for 42 days. There is one renewal per Bag (also for 42 days) as long as no one is waiting for it, and you can have two checked out at a time. You can put holds on up to two Book Club in a Bags at a time. A Book Club in a Bag agreement must be filled out and on file prior to checkout.
