Carolyn has been a resident of Escondido since 2013 and has been a resident of San Diego County her entire life. She received her BA in Political Science and French from the University of San Diego, and received her MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. Carolyn has been in project management since 2012, where she focuses on maintaining cost, schedule, and performance of contracts and client deliverables. She is excited to serve on the Escondido Library Board of Trustees because she believes the library is an integral part of Escondido. In serving on the Board, Carolyn hopes to share her love of libraries with the community and ensure that the library remains a place for open discussion and learning.
