Escondido, CA — Escondido Public Library presents artist Dave Boatman’s Basic Cartoon Workshop on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Turrentine Room. Dave Boatman, a professional cartoonist and caricaturist, teaches creative, educational, and interactive cartoon drawing and instruction for children, ages 10 to 15 years.
