Escondido, CA – Escondido Writers Group meets at the Escondido Public Library on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Turrentine Room. Writers of fiction, non-fiction, and memoirs are all invited to join the Escondido Writers Group for an opportunity to improve their writing by participating in monthly readings and group critiques. Participants are encouraged to bring samples of their current writing projects to share and receive constructive feedback. Pre-registration is required at library.escondido.org/register.

Escondido’s Police Lieutenant turned crime thriller author, Neal Griffin, will join the Escondido Writers Group this month to speak about his writing process and to share his story of becoming a published author. Griffin has been celebrated by critics and readers for his realistic and action packed novels Benefit of the Doubt and A Voice from the Field.
