Escondido Library Foundation (ELF)

Mission

The Escondido Library Foundation is the fundraising arm of the Escondido Public Library.  Created in 1990, the ELF greatly enhances the effectiveness of the Escondido Public Library through its support of programs that meet special needs in our community.  The Foundation raises funds that are used to supplement - not supplant - the Library's tax-based support and that enable the Library to reach those who need us the most.
