Free San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum Membership Passes at the Escondido Public Library

Escondido, CA – The Escondido Public Library is partnering with San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum (SDCDM) to offer membership passes for check out in the Children’s Room. The SDCDM pass will allow free entrance for one family (1-2 parents and their children) to the Museum for one week, discounts on birthday party packages, and discounts at the SDCDM Store. An Escondido Public Library card will be required for checkout – cards are free and available at the Customer Service Desk.

Cindi Bouvier, Senior Children’s Librarian, states, “I greatly appreciate the mission of the Museum to inspire children to learn about the world through exploration, imagination, and experimentation. Whether they are sailing a ship, building a robot, growing a garden, or creating a puppet show, children are encouraged to learn through creative experiences that increase their critical thinking skills. The San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum is the only hands-on museum for children in the San Diego North County area. It is located at 320 North Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025, and is open Monday-Sunday from 9:30 AM-4:30 PM.

Library programs, events, and services are free and open to the public. Programs are sponsored by the Friends of the Escondido Public Library.
