Okay for Now14-year-old Doug Swieteck's life isn't all that great. He just moved to a new town, has no friends, all the adults in the new town think of him as a 'skinny thug', his father doesn't care about his family, and his brother is a delinquent. How worse can life get? Things start looking up when he meets a pretty girl named Lil Spicer and experiences the wonderful world of the local library.

This book was really good, especially as it's about turning your life around and being a better person than what people see you as. Okay for Now is perfect for people who like books that make you think and have a little attitude in it.
