Visiting the library with your child

  • Visit our children's room and browse the shelves.
  • Get help from staff selecting books and other library materials.
  • Check out a library event for children.
  • Let your child use a computer with special kids software or Internet access.

We care about your child's safety. Please do not leave children under 10 years of age alone in the library. (Please see our Code of Conduct.)

Getting help with homework

We know it's not always easy to help your child with their homework needs. That's why we've
provided a list of homework help resources.

Helping your child select a book

Whether it's an AR list title, a book report, or something for fun like an audiobook for a family road trip, our staff is always happy to help you find the right book.  Also check out our recommended book lists in the Books & Reading section.
