Bilingual book club will discuss Frankenstein by Mary Shelley in English and Spanish. This meeting will be held in the morning at Swami's Café in Escondido.

The story of Victor Frankenstein and his anguished monster creation. Frankeinstein was a task to create a story that, in Mary Shelley’s own words, "would speak to the mysterious fears of our nature and awaken thrilling horror -- one to make the reader dread to look round, to curdle the blood, and quicken the beatings of the heart."
