Please be advised that the City of Escondido only accepts test results from assembly testers meeting certain program requirements. This list is provided as a service to our customers to identify the testers which have met these requirements. These testers are not employed by the City of Escondido nor does the City endorse any of the following listed companies. Program requirements for assembly testers include: valid certification from the American Water Works Association (AWWA), American Backflow Prevention Association (ABPA), or the American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE); current test kit gauge calibration certification; possession of a current City of Escondido business license. Any tester may be used so long as they meet the above criteria.
