Read to a Dragon

Children ages 5-12 can read aloud to bearded dragons for fun or to help improve reading skills. Trained animal educators from EcoVivarium bring these bearded friends to the library to share interesting facts and lizard lore.

Water Wise Landscape Design for Homeowners

Learn the basics of water wise landscape makeovers in this free 3 hour workshop. The workshop will cover soil, design, turf removal, plant selection, planning, irrigation, rainwater catchment and implementation; all elements needed to convert high-water use turf into a beautiful, water-efficient landscape.

Refreshments will be provided.
